The Outstanding Caring Commuter Award has been renamed as Richard Magnus Award for the Outstanding Caring Commuter, in honour of the late Mr Richard Magnus’ efforts in building the Caring SG Commuters movement. The award is given out to Caring Commuter Award nominees who have made the most impact to the person being assisted during their act of care and have taken the most amount of effort to demonstrate their act of care.
